I'm pleased to announce that the CoD:WW Mod Tools have officially released! To download the tools, grab it from one of our mirrors located at:

Now, you'll notice that is our new ModTools Wiki we've created for Call of Duty: World at War. Be sure you read the Wiki carefully, as most of the answers to your questions can be found within. Also, read the README and installation instructions for the tools.

Read the Wiki - Install .NET Framework!
Remember to read the Mod tools Wiki; for example, .NET Framework is required to run Launcher.exe (the most important tool for modding).
